I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in front of the Koln Cathedral and near the shopping streets, but the noise from the drunk people at night was bothersome. The room, although small, was comfortable with noise-canceling windows that helped. The service was a bit lacking during check-in but the staff, especially those who assisted me with check-in, were friendly and attentive.
